The first iPad with a mini-LED display will hit the market sooner than expected

Ming-Chi Koo recently announced that six Apple products are being built with mini-LED technology; Products include the 27-inch Mac Pro, the 14.1-inch MacBook Pro, the 16-inch MacBook Pro, the 12.9-inch iPad Pro, the 10.2-inch iPad, and the 7.9-inch iPad. The Apple product analyst recently hinted that the 12.9-inch iPad Pro will be Apple’s first mini-LED product to hit the market in the fourth quarter of 2021.

However, this report further refers to Career Technology, which is responsible for providing the LCP (liquid crystal polymer) display screen for Apple . This technology provides flexible ways to connect different components, is faster, and enables data transmission with low latency. The company is responsible for producing audio and optical components for the iPad with a mini-LED display, and it seems that production of these components will begin in the first half of 2021, and the iPad with a mini-LED display will be launched at this time.

The mini-LED display has a contrast ratio and image quality close to that of an OLED display. It is cheaper to use this technology.
