Longhorm  ‘s Twitter account is one of the most well-known whistleblowers in the hardware industry, with a relatively illustrious track record of disclosing accurate information. The whistleblower recently revealed a list of Apple’s new system-on-chips (SoC) that have not yet been announced, according to the Thomas Harder news agency .

If the leaked information is accurate, Apple is currently working on at least four systems-on-a-chip for the various devices that will be coming in the future. Since the information was obtained from an unofficial source and it is not possible to verify it, until Apple officially responds, everything we say below is just a rumor.

According to Longhorm, Apple is working on two new families of proprietary processors, the T600x and T811x series. According to unconfirmed reports, the T600x series processors include the T6000 and T6001; The T811x family, on the other hand, includes the T8110 and T8112 chips. The main source of the news does not mention the purpose for which these processors are made and in which devices they are used.

Keep in mind that Apple’s chipsets for phones and tablets have had a four-digit 8000 series internal model number in recent years, apparently used only by Apple employees. Until now, the model number of these four-digit chips was 7000 series. This could indirectly indicate that the T8110 and 8112 chips are being developed for the next generation of iPhones and iPads , and perhaps even Macs.

Since we know nothing about Apple’s T6000 series chips, we suspect that these chips will be used in Cupertino’s more advanced devices such as the iMac and MacBook Pro. There is also the possibility of using these chips in the Mac Pro mini, which we have been hearing about for some time.
