Xiaomi unveiled the flagship Mi Mix 4 and the Mi Pad 5 series tablets at its event last week, which took place on August 10, 2021 in China. According to new information, not only the Mi Mix 4, but also the Mi Pad 5 series tablets have been seen in the Google Play console and the list of devices using Google service, and this event indicates the global release of these two products in the future.

According to Gizmochina , neither the Mi Mix 4 nor the MiPad 5 series models can use Google’s services (GMS) due to sanctions in the Chinese market. For this reason, Xiaomi does not need to get Google Play console certification to ship its phones and tablets in China. Xiaomi’s public relations manager also announced that the company does not currently have plans to launch the Mi Mix 4 in global markets.

While the listing of the Mi Mix 4  ,  Pad 5 , and Pad 5 Pro on the Google Play console is not a reason for the international release of these products, it could indicate that they are available in some countries.
