Recently,  Apple  unveiled its new products, including the iPad Pro 2020 tablet . One of these models is equipped with Apple’s A12Z chip, which seems to have almost the same performance as Apple’s A12X chip. These statistics are shown by the Geek Benchmark . In this benchmark, the 2020 11-inch iPad Pro  can be seen, which has reached 1,114 points in the single-core test and 4,654 points in the multi-core test.

If you are unfamiliar with the Geekbench benchmark, it should be noted that this benchmark provides the processor with a set of mathematical calculations that takes into account the time it takes to solve all of these equations. There are two types of experiments: in the first experiment, only one core of the processor and in the second experiment, the entire capacity of the processor is used.

It is interesting to know that the new model of Apple tablet with A12Z chip has gained a score almost close to the 2018 model with A12X chip. The 2018 model of the 11-inch iPad Pro scored 1,113 points in the single-core test and 4,608 points in the multi-core test. Just like the A12X, the A12Z chip uses 8.2-core processors clocked at 2.48 GHz. The iPad Pro 2020 GPU has managed to reach a score of 9,894, which is a significant improvement compared to the 9,020 points of the 2018 11-inch iPad Pro.

It is worth noting that the results obtained are not at all surprising; Because the new iPad Pro GPU consists of eight cores, but the previous model GPU consists of seven cores.
