Urbanista , an anonymous brand active in the audio products industry, intends to solve the biggest problem of wireless headphones equipped with an active ambient noise canceling (ANC) system with a clever solution. According to  Anget , Urbanista claims that the Powerfoyle solar cell used in the new Urbanista Los Angeles wireless headphones can charge the battery with any kind of light (not just sunlight).

The manufacturer of these headphones claims that thanks to this technique, you can listen to almost any music. According to  Wired , if you are outdoors for an hour in sunny weather, headphone solar cell technology can extend music playback time by at least three hours.

If the weather is cloudy, the cost of an hour outside the home adds two hours to the battery life of the Urbanista Los Angeles. Ambient light can also charge the new Urbanista headphones; However, if the headphones are exposed to direct light, they will charge sooner. Even if you place the headphones next to the window, the charging speed will be faster compared to the case where it is not exposed to direct light. If you wish, you can also charge the headphones using a USB-C cable.

Powerfoyle is the result of an effort by a Swedish company called Exeger. It is said that this substance can be used in a variety of products. Urbanista says this is the first time Powerfoyle technology has been introduced into headphones.

Apparently, JBL has also tried to take advantage of this technology. In 2019, JBL launched a new crowdfunding project to make music playback in Reflect Eternal headphones for an almost endless period of time. Partly because of the problems the corona virus caused  in the early days of travel, JBL decided to stop producing headphones. JBL said the money returns to all those who supported the project.

According to official information,  Urbanista Los Angeles is fully compatible with Android, iOS and Windows operating systems, and also supports Siri and Google Assistant voice assistants  . You can switch between ANC mode and ambient sound with just the push of a button. If the user hears the new Urbanista headphones, the music will stop playing and the music will start again after placing the headphones on the ear. These headphones are available in two colors, one of which is black.
