Rumor: Apple has ordered the second generation NOR flash memory of the AirPad Pro

For some time now, news and rumors have been circulating about the next generation of the incredibly popular AirPad wireless headphones . Most of the published information agrees on a single principle, and that is the possibility of changing the design of the AirPad and AirPad Pro and adding features to this product. It is said that  Apple will soon launch the next generation of these two products as the first shipment of its devices in 2021.

According to MacRumors , citing Digitimes, Apple plans to launch the second generation AirPad Pro in the first half of this year. Sources close to Apple’s supply chain claim that the world’s NOR flash memory technology giant has ordered Winbond wireless headphones. The sources point out that the Taiwan-based manufacturer has fully dedicated NOR flash production lines to Apple’s needs in a six-month period.

The report follows Mac Otakara’s claim that the next AirPad Pro will ship with the third-generation iPhone SE in April 2021 (April 1400), and somehow confirms this. Unfortunately, this report does not provide any details about the design and hardware of the next AirPod Pro. Mark Gorman of Bloomberg had previously reported that the tech giant plans to redesign the second-generation AirPad Pro to a smaller size by removing the stem attached to the headphones; But the possibility of introducing it is still in a haze.

It is said that the next AirPad Pro could have a rounder design that would make it look more like the wireless headphones of companies like Google and Samsung. Possible images of the next-generation AirPad Pro hardware have been released that do not use the same cables. It is claimed that the Cupertinos will launch the AirPad Pro in two different sizes. The current AirPad Pro was  introduced in November 2019 (November 2009) and has a different design from the standard version that uses silicone pads and a stem leading to a shorter phone. In addition, the Pro model has several upgraded features compared to the regular AirPad; Including active noise removal, improved sound quality and water and sweat resistance.
